Custom queries for groups

Is it possible to have a custom query only available to certain groups? We have 3 groups and only 2 should be able to see it, is this possible in Redmine by default or with a plugin that I've overlooked?

It's not in the core for sure, and that's why I just opened issue #25129.

I don't know if there is already some plugin that would allow that.
