dispatch.fcgi idles

Hi,

I've emerged (I'm using gentoo) redmine-1.4.3, I guess I have configured everything.. with the webrick stuff I can get it work, log in, everything seems to work..

Now I'm trying to set it up with apache using fast_cgi.. so I followed some tutorials, but all of them resulted in idle-timeout..
If I run the "dispatch.fcgi" directly, it does something for about 10 seconds with 100% CPU, but after that it idels.. no response, no error, nothing for over 20 mins now I guess, and its still idleing.. it can be killed with CTRL+c ..

Any idea what happend? could it be that I get an error which doesnt show up but doesnt kill the dispatch.fcgi call? If so, how could I find that error message?

Hi,

I couldnt fix this, so if the .fcgi file comes from the redmine-developers (and not from the gentoo portage-maintainer) i guess it is a bug which may be fixed?

anyway, I switchted to passenger and everything works fine now..
