Creating Issues by e-mail works like a charm in Redmine 2.0.3

Creating Issues by e-mail works like a charm in Redmine 2.0.3. However we need to set the Issues as Private by e-mail or through rake command line because we need all Issues to be always Private. Also the option to create Sub-Projects would be very useful.
As far as I know the above options are not yet available, am I right? Thanks.
