Help with predictive dialling - MOH

Hello!

I wont to create message on GSM when client waiting for connection.
AutoDIAL make for me ex. 10 SIP connection, and I wont to all hear one text, if they wont to wait for agent ok, if not they drop. But I can't figure what to do for it. All I can do is MOH when agent Park call manualy by mouse.

Please help.
