Custom queries disappeared after upgrading to Redmine 2.2.1

I upgraded my Redmine from v1.4 to v2.2.1 and all my custom queries no longer appear on the right pane when viewing the project list. Any idea how to get them back?

Looks like the queries table was emptied on upgrade.

Strange - I went the same path (1.4.3 -> 2.2.1) and custom queries were kept...
Do you have a backup?

We do, but it's not a huge deal. Didn't have too many custom queries and they're easy enough to recreate.

I'm looking to do the same upgrade. Did you have a 'how-to' you followed or was it a non-issue.

I just followed the upgrade instructions on the site.
