Default Issue # Ordering
Added by marco deluca almost 12 years ago
Okay this seems like a really basic thing - are issues always sorted by # in descending order by default? Is there no setting to change this to show oldest issues first as a default?
There's no sorting option for Issue # in custom filters. You can sort by Created to achieve the same result, but that option is at the bottom of the select list in custom filters, I missed it the first few times I was trying to figure out how to sort by Issue ID. In the issue list itself you can sort by the # column, but you can't save that as a custom filter.
Anyway, maybe it's just me but it seems strange that the default order would be to show the newest task at the top of a task list. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Hmm, you're right, at least for ASC sorting...
