Can't edit wiki pages.

I am able to create new wiki pages, attempt to edit wiki pages, and preview any changes made to wiki pages, but when I save the changes don't take effect. Production logs do not show any errors.

Any tips for debugging this issue further?

Environment:
  Redmine version                          2.1.2.stable
  Ruby version                             1.8.7 (x86_64-linux)
  Rails version                            3.2.11
  Environment                              production
  Database adapter                         MySQL

Redmine plugins:
  no plugin installed

Additional Info:
  CentOS                                   6.3 x86_64
  Apache                                   2.2.15
  mod_passenger:                           3.0.17

Had the same problem. This fixes it:
