Redmine

I tried to install the latest version of Redmine with PostgreSQL 9.1 using this how to: http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_Install_Redmine_in_Ubuntu

I'm using Ubuntu 10.04, ruby-1.9.3 and Rails 3.2.12.

But I got this error:
