500 server error after migrating database 1.3.x to 2.3.0

Added by vizzdoom vizzdoom over 11 years ago

Hello,

I have upgraded redmine from 1.3.x to 2.3.0. It was clean install. I converted old database (sqlite) to mysql (this thread helps: http://www.redmine.org/boards/2/topics/12793).

Unfortunately now after login form, redmine crashes (Internal error). I notice there are some changes in database structure in redmine 1.3.x vs 2.x. This is the reason? How can I convert data from the old database to the new one?

Apache log and /usr/share/redmine/log/ says nothing (or I don't know how see the logs).

Hi,

I've got exactly the same issue with the 'My Settings' and 'My account' the whole things are working correctly.

I've no plugin or even templates and during the upgrade I received no special error message from mysq during the db:migrate

I'm running onto Debian squeeze.

Exacly, same situation as mine. I think there is a problem with old Ruby (1.8) on Ubuntu Server and Debian. I don't have much time, so I decided to replace Redmine with Trac :(
