Minor textile issues

I'm running the 0.7rc1 and I noticed few textile (minor) issues:
- footnote references
sample[2] are not working! I believe it was with previous 0.6 version
- the acronym are not working
SAMPLE(Sam)
- the (tm), (c) are not working
It is definitely not major issues but want to know if it is by design before I fill in a feature request.

The source of all ehe Problems seems to be r1113 caused by #210.
