Redmine Fails to run after install, states "No such file or directory - config.ru" on Bluehost Shared hosting account

Installation location: https://portal.netravine.com/rm
Host: www.bluehost.com

Here is my environment:

-bash-4.1$ RAILS_ENV=production script/about

Environment:
Redmine version 2.3.2.stable
Ruby version 1.9.3-p194 (2012-04-20) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 3.2.13
Environment production
Database adapter Mysql2
Redmine plugins:
no plugin installed

I get the following error page which is attached.

Here is my log file - which looks clean to me.
