no notification by email when the email address of a member of the project is not valid

Hi,

we have a lot of project and user on our redmine.
We did the 2.3.2 update.
If you add a fake user in a project with an email address that does not exist,nobody receives email notification of this project... It's easy to test this.
Many old projects include invalid mails... It is impossible to follow the news of these projects...
Does someone has done the test and has reported this problem?

Redmine version 2.3.2.stable
Ruby version 1.8.7-p352 (2011-06-30) [x86_64-linux]
Rails version 3.2.13
Environment production
Database adapter MySQL
Redmine plugins:
no plugin installed

There are no bugs in redmine, the problem was the email server. It knew that the address was not valid because it was its domain.
Message in log file from email server :

Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table.
