I run RAKE and lost? my redmine

I run rake in root of redmine application and it start running a test batch.. and now I only have a "dummy test" account :|
Is there any way to get to the older status back again?

there is no way back because I found that my redmine installation have the same database as production :|

should somehow this be made some other way to prevent user mistakes?
