Work Break down Structure for Project Planning

Hi, i want to Create a Work Break down Structure for Project Planning and also WBS dictionary. We are using redmine for our issuse tracking. now we want to do project planning. but was not able to find a way to do WBS. can you Please advise? Thanks , Rajesh.

Let me cite myself:

The WBS is defined as a decomposition of a project into smaller components. In Redmine, you could use hierarchically organized issues to create a WBS, but from my experience, a graphical representation in the form of a tree structure is recommended.
