Remine e-mail hadler features

Hi all,
So, I've configured redmine email handler to create users and issues from e-mail.
But now I need more abilities:
1. I need Redmine to automatically add e-mail author into issue watchers
2. I need Redmine to reply on users e-mail when issue was created
How could I do this?
