Displaying attachments in the history (and not the main ticket)

Hi,

we are using redmine since a couple of month and it is really great. There is just one thing that is really disturbing.
When we update a ticket and add images/files to the ticket... the image / file is shown in the main ticket and not the history/note. This is confusing for our users.
Is there a way to show the files/images within the history and not the main ticket?
