Hi,
I'm new to redmine and I have a question regarding tickets that are created via email.
I got it to work that a mail can be sent to an email address and a ticket ist created. If the senders mailadress is from a known user, the username will be shown.
If the user is not known redmine will only show "anonymous".
Is it somehow possible to include the senders mailadress to the ticket?

I know he Helpdesk plugin does that but it's not free.
