Followers rights

Hi,

Is there a way (parameters, plugin, ...) for named followers to have access to a private issue?

I have a project in which I would like only designed guys to have access to designed issues.

PS: I run Redmine 2.2.2, mysql

So I will need to spend time to understand how to modify it then!
Do you have any advice where I should add this? Any special hook for issue access authorization?
Do you think it is a complex modification?
It will help to start.

I found a solution since plugin for this need already exists...
