Roels and Permissions. Status of tasks for people who are not managers/admin.

Hello!
First of all, excuse me for my poor level of english, i promiss that i will work on it:)
My problem:
I have two roles, the Manager and the Developer.
How i can forbid task status "Close" for Developers?
I want, that only Managers or Admins can close tasks and Developers can only check tasks as "Solved".
Thanks for your help!
