Delivery Status Notification Failure is Creating a new issue every 5 minutes

We have multiple projects setup and only one is active. I noticed that the issue numbers were advancing in sequence more rapidly than before and we were not having that many active issues recorded. I noticed that I am getting a delivery status issue created on a closed project every 5 minutes. How do I stop this from continuing? It looks liek it started on March 18 of this year.

Just a wild guess, but some stupid autoreply function is enabled in someones eMail account.
Find out what extended eMail-Header fields this autoreply email has and identify if it can be added to redmine, so we no longer accept this kind of autoreply.
