Error 403 - You are not authorized to access this page

I am able to view tickets created by myself, but I am unable to view tickets created by other people. When I do, I am presented with "Error 403 - You are not authorized to access this page."

My roles are set both as a reporter, and a viewer. I am unsure why I can't view the tickets.

Are you also the administrator of your redmine instance? If not, please ask your administrator, as there are virtually endless possibilities for this...
