Redmine is stopping Ruby

- Redmine 1.2.1.stable.11242
- Rails 2.3.15
- CentOS release 5.10 (Final)
- MySQL version 5.1.73-cll
- Ruby-aware server used: Webrick, Mongrel, Thin, etc. If you don't understand this point, you're using Webrick.

Good Day,

We are having a problem with our redmine, we are always encountering our redmine not working every other day. The Ruby on Rails is always stopping whenever the redmine is down. I don't know what is the cause of the Ruby stopping. But the fix I'm always doing is Manually running the ruby.

Hello Stamos,
What web server are you using? What do you mean by "Ruby is stopping".
We would need more information to be able to help you.

Mongrel

When I check our cPanel and look at the Ruby Rails, the redmine is not running and I have to click the Run button. This is suddenly happening when we use our redmine..

I guess this is a shared hosting.
You should try to get the logs and also contact your service provider.
