A help for mongrel server

Hey, anyone.

I got a problem on transfering redmine server from webrick to mongrel.

when I ran the scripts "ruby script/rails server - e production" on the console， it showed that "ruby
: No such file or directory -- script/rails(LoadError)", my ruby's version is "tcs-ruby 1.9.3p231<2012-05-25, TCS patched 2012-05-27> [i386-mingw32] ) "

I'v got the solution. The direction which I ran the scripts is wrong.

It must be changed to the direction of "htdocs",but not root in the bitnami-redmine system.
