How to make Change in fields?

In the new issues screen one field is showing Estimated time(in hours).But i need to change it into Remaining effort (in days)!!is it posssible?
Also the the overall project spent time is showing in hours.But i need to change it into days.Is there any ways?

Hi Manu,
You can edit labels in the localization files located in conf/locales/.
For the project spent time, I'm not sure editing the labels is a good idea.
