We usually delete spam tickets and spam postings some hours after they appear, sometimes it takes a bit longer.
Who have the right permission to ban them?
Can't we block all registrations with mail.ru?
No, because we're not going to block one of Russias largest providers, cutting off a lot of legitimate users!
We don't block gmail either just because some of the spammers sign up with a gmail address...
