The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed :Redmine?

I'm using Redmine 2.2.0 when I'm trying to to view the issues by clicking the issue ID it is showing The page you were trying to access doesn't exist or has been removed. I have changed my dump and installed the new dump but the issue is still existing.Is this due to Apache2 configuration? Can any one help?
