Upgrade Redmine 2.5.2 From 2.2.0

HI, need help
i was following the upgrade article
http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineUpgrade
but when trying to run : bundle install --without development test
i get an error -
"An error occurred while installing mysql2 (0.3.16), and Bundler cannot continue.
Make sure that 'gem install mysql2 -v '0.3.16' succeeds before bundling"
what should i do ?

Type gem install mysql2 -v 0.3.16
and post the output...
