Autoassign new tickets coming from email to an user

Is there a way to do this? I tried assigned_to=username in the Cron task but it does work.

Have you checked if the user is member of the project?

Also, try specifying the user name as it is rendered on screen (i.e. full name).

Yup. It's a project's member. For full name how should I write it :

assigned_to= my name or assigned_to='my name'
