Allow users to view and edit only their own "Spent Times"

Dear Redmine (Users),

I want to allow my users to view all of their own "Spent time" informations in a project without being able to view time entries of others (they should only their own data).

My time tracking settings for this role:

Log spent time checked
View spent time unchecked
Edit time logs unchecked
Edit own time logs checked

My users can edit the time reports if I send them the link directly (e.g: https://.../timelog/edit/31), but they can not achieve it from their screen.

Please let me know the solution of this situation.

I would also really appreciate a feature like this.
Right now I have to disable "View spent time" for all roles because of legal issues (not allowed in the country where I live, because employee surveillance is possible if everyone in a project can see the spent times of other project members).

Is it possible to make it compatible with latest redmine version 2.3.x?
