Hi guys (and girls :), I installed Helicon Zoo on IIS8 with the goal to intall Redmine.

I worked perfectly! Redmine running!

Then I was trying some options to get e-mail to work. I resetted the application pool in IIS.

Now I get:
The pipe has been ended. (ERROR CODE: 109)
message: Application backend read Error.
type: ZooException
file: App\Jobs\JobBase.cpp
line: 531
version: 3.1.98.538

I already contacted helicon, but they say I is probably a Redmine problem.

Anyone any idea??

No matter what Helicon Zoo might be, the file App\Jobs\JobBase.cpp is not part of redmine, so you're out of luck here.

If you want to try redmine, use a Bitnami instance, demo.redmine.org, m.redmine.org or a hosted solution (ex. plan.io).
