Redmine

Thank you for Redmine.
Can it be installed on a host using cPanel or should it be installed by SSH?
Ruby and rails have been installed to the server.
The versions are as follows:

[root@host2 ~]# ruby --version
ruby 1.8.7 (2011-02-18 patchlevel 334) [x86_64-linux]

[root@host2 ~]# gem list --local | grep -i rails
rails (2.3.18, 2.3.14)

Operating system is Centos 5.11 64 bit

What is best practice to install an open source ruby app: use cPanel ruby on rail interface or SSH?
