Apache AH00957: HTTP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:3002 error(when quick backup redmine to a new server)

[Mon May 04 17:22:02.485751 2015] [proxy_http:error] [pid 4592:tid 2476] [client 109.105.112.186:57617] AH01114: HTTP: failed to make connection to backend: 127.0.0.1, referer: https://xxx/redmine/admin
[Mon May 04 17:22:02.501351 2015] [proxy:error] [pid 4592:tid 2516] (OS 10061) : AH00957: HTTP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:3002 (127.0.0.1) failed

I checked apache log, seems each operation in redmine will get the same error: proxy:error AH00957 like above.
But we can use redmine normally, the only influence is sometimes redmine will be slow.

It seems so strange. This redmine is not installed, it is quick backup from another redmine environment. The original installed redmine environment
doesn't have such error log.

The quick backup way is to copy all the installed redmine env. folders to a new server, and reinstall redmine service then start it.

Is there any solution of this? Is there any configuration modification I may missed when quick backup?

Thanks for your help.

I have fixed this problem by uninstall redmine service 2 and reinstall it.
