Checklist plugin stopped working
Added by Гордеев Алексей about 9 years ago
Hello all!
I have Redmine 2.5.3. Until last period, *Redmine Checklist plugin* was installed and worked successfully. But we decided to install one more plugin for personalizing Redmine. First of all, we tried Redmine People plugin. But it seemed to be very complicated which was unnecessary for us. Thus, we used Redmine Local Avatars. (By the way, in both cases we had to hardcode these plugins because Ruby-on-Rails environment returned wrong host name... I don't know why. Maybe, we are stupid...)
Just one day after this terrible story I noticed that checklists didn't work any more. There is no 'Checklist' field at top part of task page now. There is a field to add checklist item at the bottom part of task page (appearing when pressing 'Update' link) but when adding new checklist item, it isn't saved.
No error in logs, no AJAX HTTP requests, nothing, just a fictive field which doesn't work.
Here is our Redmine config:
Environment: Redmine version 2.5.3.stable Ruby version 1.9.3-p194 (2012-04-20) [x86_64-linux] Rails version 3.2.19 Environment production Database adapter Mysql2 SCM: Subversion 1.6.17 Git 1.7.10.4 Filesystem Redmine plugins: due_date_reminder 0.3.2 redmine_favourite_projects 0.7 redmine_local_avatars 0.1.1
Redmine Checklist plugin is deleted now. We'd like to restore its working but we don't know how to get it :(
I'm a zero in Ruby and Ruby-on-Rails :( I understand that I could hardly hope to get help with such a description. But... maybe... somebody will try to help :)

Proceed with usual plugin installation, don't forget migration step, restart redmine and report back how it goes.

Проблема решена. Заключалась она в неправильных действиях пользователя :) Извините.
