Attachments not working in redmine

In our current redmine installation attachments are not working. We are able to upload attachments but the preview image is not shown and when accesing the attcahment link we get a 404.

The URL seems to be formed correctly, but in the production log we get this error:

ActionController::RoutingError (uninitialized constant AttachmentsController):

Any ideas on how to solve this ?
