mysql2 mariadb

I have debian 8 with Apache 2.4, MariaDB 10.1 and PHP 5.6.

I try install Redmine by command:

# aptitude install redmine redmine-mysql

I follow all commands, but now when I want set up DB, it still set this error:
root@vmsrv-www1:~# aptitude install redmine redmine-mysql

Need to get 0 B of archives. After unpacking 0 B will be used.

If I try install mysql2 gem by commnad:

gem install mysql2

Can anybody help what now?

You had better ask Debian team.
