Operating Redmin on IIS

Hi Redminers,
i just want to ask if somebody has deep experiences on installing Redmine on a production system, operating WindowsServer+IIS8.
I found some topics here at the forum, all dealing with FastCGI or a Webplattform install by using helicon.

Does somebody managed ist to use this information for running redmine?
I am looking for step by step instruction for installing redmine from the scratch.
HttpPlattformHandler seems to be a quite neat option.
