Internal error - if add new project, create new status (if in name are fonts: Polish characters: ś, ń, ą, ę)

Hello
My name is Simon. I have new installation redmine.
I have one problem. I can not create anything that has a Polish special characters.
Language is set Polish.
Log in attachment.
Please help.
