Redmine 2.2.3 - Redmine Won't force HTTPS access

hey all,

I'm using Redmine 2.2.3.

I have checked the Protocol for HTTPS and in the Host and path field, I have: https://myredmineip in the general field

I also have Autologin disabled as well.

The problem is, when users access redmine using IP, it still defaults to port 80/http access. I need to have it automatically redirected to 443/https.

Anyone have a clue on how to resolve this?

Same problem with Redmine 3.3.1.stable on Nginx server (I do not have access to Nginx configuration).
