email notifications.

My email notifications is don't work. Anybody help me. I don't why, all the settings done.

I install redmine in my local hosting. I changed my configuration.yml file and saved. After this i reload my application, when application is running i have error.

I attach .txt file, there errors when reload application. The same error i have when i install plugins.
