Is it possible to bring a project between servers?

Is there a way how to bring a project to another one Redmine instance? (tickets, comments, attachments, spent time, ..). Ability to remap user ids to new would be perfect but it isn't necessary.

There is no Export-Import function in redmine.

Thanks for answer. I think so - unfortunately there is no import/export tools in "vanilla" Redmine :-( but I've found several plugins

No import function = giving up on Redmine
possible to move/copy a project to new server
and there is a request #3647

RM has API and direct way how to get json or xml content and finaly several organizations offered public instance of RM (eg. planio with import tool). That's reasons why I hope to existence knowledge, how to move a project from one to another RM instance.

Import issues and import whole instance differ from export/import specific project.
