Prevent file added to issue via email

Hi everyone,
I am using email to update an issue on redmine. The problem is when someone update the issue via email with a photo in the email signature such as company logo or it can be a slogan..., the photos will be added as a file to the issue.
Does someone know how to configure redmine to not allow to add file via email?

There are three options:
  1. r3226 (#4409, introduced in Redmine 0.9.0)
  2. r12167 (#3413, introduced in Redmine 2.4.0)
  3. r16065 (#5864, introduced in yet-to-be released Redmine 3.4.0)
