After installation, the initial screen of RedMine appears normally,
If you enter Administration -> Settings, My Account page, the following message will be displayed.

Internal error

An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your Redmine administrator for assistance.

If you are the Redmine administrator, check your log files for details about the error.

If you check the redmine / log / production.log file, it looks like there is no particular message.

I've got the initial language setting 'ko', and I want to change the language, but I don't know how to change the language.

For reference, I set the language through RAILS_ENV=production rake redmine:load_default_data,
Currently, the same command is executed. Some configuration data is already loaded. A message appears.
