I have an issue with assigning issues to 2 different projects team members.
Project A team member is ABC. ABC is not a memeber to Project B

Project B team member is BCD BCD is not a memeber to Project A

Here ABC wanna to assign an issue to BCD

Kindly help is there any way to assign ?
