Upgrade Redmine 3.1.1 - 3.4.4

Hello Everyone!
I need to upgrade RedMine 3.1.1.stable (working on Ubuntu 14.04) with Ruby 2.2.3-p173, Rails 4.2.4. Database: PostgreSQL and some plugins.
I don't know where to start. Any advice?

And someone posted his step-by-step instructions in https://www.redmine.org/boards/2/topics/54296?r=54304#message-54304 to update a 3.1.1 to 3.4.4
