No Stylesheets etc.

I have Redmine on an Apache Server. It loads, but no styleshheets/css and if I click the register button, its not found. I have a feeling its something simple to fix.
I've attached a image of how it looks.
Please let me know what files you need to see or questions to answer to help me solve this issue.
Fixed that issue with a change to my document root.
