Cannot change the project's name

I'm trying to edit the incorrect project name, but every time I click on "save" I'm being redirected to the error page that says I should contact my admin(he doesn't know what to do as well). I've tried copying the project but it also comes to the same result. Please help

Probably you can find some errors in logs/production.log. Could you share the errors?
