How to change default value 'bug' into 'enhancement'?

Hi there.

I could not find how to change default 'bug' into 'enhancement' when I create new taks.

Found here but dont no how and where to change, I dont no ruby.

@ app/views/issues/bulk_edit.html.erb

@ #issue_tracker_id

Sorry, there is no need to change any inside code, everything is in administration.
