Can't start new project

Hi everybody
I've created new account, and after opening Projects I don't have New Project button. The same situation on Chrome in Windows 10 or Safari in OSX.

Do you mean here, on redmine.org? Then you have bad luck. Redmine.org is no SaaS platform.
There is only one project here and it's dedicated to develop Redmine only.
