Create issue via sen e-mail messgare

Hi, on the old redmine server we had "something" that allowed us to forward any e-mail to , we added "assigned: <name>" to the beginning of the message and a ticket was created in redmine and assigned to the selected person.

We have forgotten how we dealt with it back then. Anyone please know how to solve it?
