Migrating Redmine to another server.

Hi!
I would like to migrate Redmine 4.0.4 (CentOS 7) to a new server (CentOS 8) and at the same time update Redmine to version 4.1.0 I didn't find any information about this in the documentation and I would like to know how to do this process correctly.
